"I know my alcohol limit: its 0. From 14, getting drunk was too easy… I was that typical teenager who partied too much and used alcohol as an escape route. Now, I have learned that there are better things to do than “getting drunk”. I don’t mind people who drink alcohol, as long as they don’t act like tools (e.g.: creating drama and ruining my night etc). If you still think drinking is the coolest thing in the world, that’s fine by me… As long as you don’t label ‘non drinkers’ as losers, and let alcohol take over you. I’ve dealt with too many people who create drama out of nothing because they were under the influence of alcohol and it makes me wonder how those people are going to turn up in 5 years time. I have my reasons for removing alcohol out of my life, and it has helped that my close friends and family don’t drink anymore too. Respect that I don’t drink, and I’ll respect that you don’t want to grow up."
